Raindrop Therapy

Raindrop Therapy Technique was developed by D. Gary Young, founder of Young Living Essential Oils. It consists of dropping 9 different essential oils directly onto the spine to awaken and stimulte the nerves, which connect through the entire body. Raindrop helps to stimulate the nervous system in order to balance energy and disperse the oils through the rest of the body. The oils help to reduce inflammation in the body and help loosen the muscles around any excess spinal curvatures.

Each essential oil provides different benefits for the body:

  • Valor - The first and last oil applied, helps to provide balance for the healing properties of all the other oils
  • Oregano - Works well with Thyme to strengthen the immune system, and acts as an antiseptic for the respiratory system.
  • Thyme - Supports the immune system and helps with fatigue after an illness.
  • Basil - Relaxes spasmodic muscles and helps stimulate the adrenal glands.
  • Cypress - Containes antibacterial, anti-infectious, antimicrobial and diuretic properties.
  • Wintergreen - Removes inflammation of the joints, muscles and bones.
  • Marjoram - Relaxes muscles, soothes nerves, relieves cramps, aches and pains.
  • Aroma Siez - Helps to relieve muscle tension due to physical activity.
  • Peppermint - Calms and strengthens the nerves, removes inflammation and aids in digestion
